Liked our big size rooms in this hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were good, favourable and perfect location not far from restaurants and shopping outlets nearby and the mall, grocery, and metro and public transport easily accessible.

Everything was simply good. Sincerely, it was a TRULY MEMORABLE stay on a vacation. It was in a residential setting very close to supermarket & restaurants. There was an indoor restaurant nearby. Every staff member was approachable and great.

The room was kept clean and available with the amneties. Essentials that you need, such as a balcony and white sheets, were there.

This well-maintained hotel is based in an amazing building and has an indoor restaurant. The property staff is outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly. The rooms are brand-new and huge, provided with with old sofa bed and safe, for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a washing machine are a nice touch. The hotel boasts residential location to IBN mall.

the hotel was located near to restaurants and shopping outlets nearby and batuta mall and malls. the rooms were huge and large with king bed as well as safe, i thoroughly enjoyed that. the check in was fast, the staff was pretty friendly. vegetarian cuisine was served in the indoor restaurant.

Sadly, there was no swimming pool.

We loved staying at this venue! The location was perfect for us as it was close to Dubai Parks area and Ibn Batuta mall, and the Gardens metro station was just a short walk away. The room amenities were top-notch, with an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and washing machine that made our stay more comfortable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to dine and relax, and we also enjoyed the services offered such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle. Additionally, the spa & wellness centre and swimming pool were fantastic ways to unwind after a busy day of touring.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

That was what I call decent base for one night. Huge and exceptionally nice room with old sofa bed, kitchen plus the amneties, I had everything needed. I had a memorable time, the staff was supportive and amazing. The location in a fairly nice area was super and there were convenience stores and stores nearby.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was outstandingly accommodating, it had magnificent location near to Ibni batuta mall. The room was kept clean and available with safe, king bed plus balcony. Had a shower, hairdryers and towels in the bathroom. Location: the venue was close to public transport and restaurants and shopping outlets nearby and shops and restaurants. Everything was simply perfect;)))

Every time in Dubai, I choose this place. The hotel is amazing and excellent with excellent facilities. The location is marvellous and super, a 15-minute walk from a bus station. The staff are all supportive and amazing. The venue provides a nice service.

Their breakfast is frustrating, can definitely be improved.

the location is fantastic - it's close to shops, restaurants, and even the popular IBN mall. This made it very convenient for me to explore and enjoy my time in the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and washing machine. It was like having a home away from home, which I really appreciated.
